Our tour rates include: Transport in air-conditioned 4x4 vehicles or minibusses, including fuel, Competent drivers/guides fluent in French and English, Accommodation in various establishments such as hotels, riads, bivouacs, guesthouses, etc., Meals as well as camel rides. When you select one of our tours, we invite you to proceed with a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, covering the tour, accommodation, vehicle, and driver/guide.
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an acknowledgment. An email notification will also be sent to you, presenting various options for advance payment: credit card, swift bank transfer.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing and will take effect from the date of receipt.
Cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
Cancellation 30 days or more before the start date of the tour: the deposit is non-refundable but can be used as credit for a future tour without date limit.
Cancellation between 29 and 10 days before the start date of the tour: fees equivalent to 50% of the total tour amount will be applied.
Cancellation less than 10 days before the start date of the tour: fees equivalent to 100% of the total tour amount will be applied.
Please note that our rates do not cover assistance insurance, repatriation, or medical expenses. We strongly recommend that you check the conditions of your personal insurance with your insurer or travel agency at the time of purchasing your plane ticket.
All additional costs incurred due to flight delays or cancellations remain your responsibility.
Our vehicles, comfortable and air-conditioned, are renewed every 4 or 5 years with new models. Technical inspections, compliant with Moroccan regulations, are carried out every 6 months. Our vehicles are insured.
